Only getting a parital print?
If you don’t have enough memory in your plotter than you may only get part of a drawing out.   Give us a call to see if you can add more memory to your machine!

If your printer seems too slow….
What print quality setting are you using?   For quick printing use the “Fast” setting; standard printing use “Normal” and for high quality use “Best”!
Remember that they settings on your computer will usually override those set on the plotter!

Communication problems between computer and plotter?

Try the following 3 tips.. Confirm that you have selected the correct interface port in your software. If your plotter is networked, try using it directly connected to your computer instead. Then try using another interface cable.
